西班牙烤鸡肉串 (Spanish Chicken Kebabs)

 孩子们一个喜爱鱼,两个不爱鱼。 所以,我都往鸡肉方面寻找食谱了。 总之,不管如何,新的菜肴一上桌,总会有一个投诉不爱的。 但是,这道鸡肉串, 并没听到三人有任何的不满和投诉了,实在很难得。。。



 西班牙烤鸡肉串 (Spanish Chicken Kebabs)
(4-5人份)(食谱参自Fifty Best-Kept Chicken Recipes)

材料Ingredients:
600克去骨鸡腿肉(切小块)600g boneless chicken leg meat (dice small)
2个红笼椒(去籽,切小块)2 red bell pepper (remove seeds, cut iinto small pieces)

腌料 Marinade:
1茶匙盐 1 tsp salt
1茶匙粗黑胡椒粉 1tsp coarsely grounded black pepper
1茶匙英式芥末酱 1 tsp mustard
1茶匙蒜末 1 tsp chopped garlic
2茶匙柠檬皮屑 2 tsp lemon zest
1茶匙辣椒粉 1 tsp paprika powder

做法:
1。将鸡肉和腌料混合均匀,腌之一小时以上。
      Mariante meat with marinade for at least 1 hour.

2。将鸡肉块和灯笼椒块间隔串进竹串里。
       Skewer meats individually alternating each piece with the red bell peppers.

3。烧热不粘锅,煎鸡肉穿至熟( 或是放进烤炉里以180C烤15分钟后翻面再烤12分钟即可)
      On a hot pan, lightly grill or pan fry the kebabs till cooked or bake with preheated oven 180C for
      15 minutes and turn overthe the kebabs and bake for another 12minutes.
