奶香椰糖豆沙馅 【 Red Bean Paste with Palm Sugar】



“粽叶清香裹糯米, 红豆其中惹相思”。  思念家乡的花生红豆粽, 特意煮了一锅的红豆馅, 自家煮的红豆馅,甜度任由你控制, 喜欢甜那就加糖, 怕甜的那就减糖份,皆大欢喜啊!几个月前煮过这道豆沙馅, 加入了奶油和椰糖,觉得好香好香。  这次告诉自己啊,再忙也得写下做个记录。


【豆沙馅】
400克红豆,
150克牛油
180克椰糖, 切小块 


【做法】
1.  红豆洗净后, 加入足够的水份, 大火煮滚后转小火, 加盖煮约1小时半或煮至红豆熟烂。 
2.  将煮好的红豆过滤, 只留红豆备用。  (过滤后的水即是红豆汤, 可以喝的可别扔了哦!)
3.  取一不黏锅, 加入红豆, 牛油和椰糖以中火不断翻炒至干身, 即成红豆馅离火。



Red Bean with Palm Sugar

[Ingredients]
400g red bean
150g butter
180g gula melaka, cut into small pieces

[Method]
1.  Wash the red beans, add in sufficient amount of water and boil them with high heat .  Then, turn to low heat for 1 1/2 hours with lid on until the red beans are fully soften and cooked.
2.  Filter the cooked red beans and keep the red beans. (Do not throw away the filtered water that is consumable )
3.  Add red beans, butter and gula melaka onto a non-stick pan, constantly stir them with medium heat until it becomes dry.  Then, remove it from heat.
