这双手很久没玩面团了, 家里也很久不再传来面包飘香味了 。 忽然,心血来潮急迫的想重温那年搓面团的日子。 于是,二话不说的取出面粉, 鸡蛋, 鲜奶等。 总而言之, 有什么就做什么吧!
阴沉沉的下雨天, 想到自己那“半桶水”的拍摄功夫,拍了几张几乎想放弃不拍了。最后, 高薪重聘了我家的“大魔豆”拍外景去。 可是,魔豆开出了条件就是“拍完我立刻要吃一粒面包哦!”结果, 只拍了2张她真的伸手拔下了一粒面包走了! 哈哈。。

【夺命巧克力面包】
[材料]
260克高筋面粉
2大匙可可粉
2大匙可可粉
3克即溶酵母
60克蛋液, 1粒
120克鲜奶
10克黄糖
2克盐
30克无盐奶油
【做法】
1. 将所有的材料放入面包机里搅拌15分钟(除了奶油)至面团混合。
2. 然后再加入奶油, 继续搅拌15分钟至面团顺滑混合。
3. 取出面团, 将面团分割成每份60克, 包入巧克力豆(20克), 摆入涂油的烤盘里,发酵至双倍大, 撒上杏仁片。
4. 放入烤箱里以170度烘烤30分钟,

【Chocolate Bun】
[Ingredients]

3g instant yeast
1 large egg (60g)

10g brown sugar
2g salt
30g unsalted butter

【Method】
1. Place all the ingredients (except butter) into the a bread marker, let it knead for 15 minutes until all the ingredients come together. (First, add the wet ingredients, then followed by the dry ingredients)
2. When all ingredients come together, add in butter, continue kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic for 15 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into 8 portions equally (60g each), then wrap with chocolate chips, seal up. Place it into greased pan to have of proofing until double in size. Spread wih almond slices.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 170C for 30 minutes.
