这动物包已经很久没有做了,记得自从去年女儿的学校义卖会后,便没再做了,想必是怕了吧!那时总共做了80粒的番薯小白兔刺猬包,可惜并没拍下照片。最怕就是这些 义卖会,七早八早就要起来,把自己弄的累到半死。如今,小女儿又要求做这。。。。唉!做吧!
小女儿做的,不错吧!
材料A:
300克包粉,筛过
1/4 小匙盐
5克干酵母
60克幼糖
60ml 水
25克白油
280克番薯
(煮熟压烂)
馅料B:
400克番薯泥+ 30克细糖+30克面粉
1.
将所有混匀,及可拉成薄片的面团.
2.
把面团搓成长条状,切成每个25克。用擀面棍辗成包皮,輾成中间厚外薄。
3.
把包好馅的包子放在桌上,用双手把它捏高,头部稍为尖锐,形成圆锥形。
4.
然后用剪刀修出俩只耳朵和尾巴。
5.
最后用沾湿牙签,把黑芝麻贴上,便完成。 当水滚后,用大火蒸约5分钟。
Ingredient A:
300g pau flour
1/4 tsp salt
5g instant yeast
60g
castor sugar
60ml
water
25g
shortening/oil
280g potato (cooked &
press meshed)
IngredientB:
Meshed potato + 30g sugar
+ 30g flour
Method:-
1.
Mix well dough
ingredients, knead dough till smooth.
2.
Roll dough into long
strip, cut each 25g, roll into flat sheets, thick at middle and thin at sides.
3.
Put the filled bun on the
table, use both hands to shape it higher, make its head a little sharp, into
cone shape.
4.
Then, use a pair of
scissors to shape its ears and tail. Lastly, with a wet tooth-pick, stick black
sesame seeds onto the bun. When water
boils, steam over high heat for 5 minutes
