一杯浓郁香味的咖啡, 没人不爱它吧!
咖啡是他的杯中之物, 可他却偏偏遇着了一个不喝咖啡之人。
不知怎的、就是不爱那份苦涩的味道,
每次, 呷一口热咖啡, 除了苦, 还是苦。。。。
似乎还略微地尝到了一丝甜的味道,
而那苦涩羁绊舌间, 就此纠缠着而挥之不去,
一杯苦中带甜的咖啡, 除了苦只有香。。。
眷恋着咖啡香气的他,
终于, 抬回了一架自称是价廉物美的咖啡机,
和他唱对台戏的我, 对此而反对不已,
那凌乱不堪的厨房啊, 实在是无从摆下这架咖啡机呀!
他置若罔闻, 含糊的说,小小的一架咖啡机, 爱摆哪里都行呢!
没辙啦, 他的 一颗心都被那咖啡香给带走了。

从此, 这架咖啡机就成了他的新欢,
而家里无时无刻都飘着香浓的咖啡味。
每日见他勤快的炮制咖啡,
将咖啡豆转身化成了一杯热腾腾的咖啡。
然后加糖加奶的, 一匙一匙的慢慢搅动,
那香浓的咖啡热气悠然地飘升至整个空间,
顿时家里充满了浓香的咖啡和的缕缕热气,
我不禁也陶醉了, 思绪随着咖啡的浓香飘荡着。。。
禁不住那咖啡的浓香味, 从橱柜里找了两包的白咖啡, 做了这款无处不见的咖啡味的燕菜月饼。 不喝咖啡的我, 却深深的爱上了这款具有咖啡香气的燕菜月饼, 还着了魔呢!
【白咖啡芝士燕菜月饼, 可做10粒】
蛋黄材料:
1茶匙燕菜粉 , 30克细糖, 120克南瓜泥, 210克热水, 1/8茶匙盐
芝士馅料:
2茶匙燕菜粉, 30克细糖, 300克热水, 1茶匙柠檬汁, 50克车打芝士, 75克鲜奶油
咖啡~外层皮材料:
4茶匙燕菜粉, 125克细糖, 600克热水, 100克淡奶油, 65克怡宝白咖啡 (2包)
做法:
1)蛋黄做法:将细糖倒入锅里, 随着加入燕菜粉, 热水以及其余的材料, 煮至小滚。 熄火, 待稍微冷却后,倒入圆形蛋黄模型里,放入冰箱冷藏,待凝固取出。
2)芝士馅料: 将细糖加入锅里, 随着加入燕菜粉, 热水以及其余的材料(除了鲜奶油), 煮至小滚至芝士溶化,熄火加入鲜奶油搅拌均匀。
3)将少许(2)倒入模具里,待稍微凝固后, 加入1粒步骤(1)的蛋黄,再倒入步骤(2)的芝士馅料至盖满蛋黄。 稍微冷却后, 放入冰箱里冷藏至凝固,取出, 备用。
4)咖啡外层皮:将细糖加入锅里, 随着加入燕菜粉, 热水以及其余的材料(除了淡奶油),煮至小滚后加入淡奶油,搅拌均匀。
5)倒入少许步骤(4)的咖啡燕菜液在模型里,待稍微凝固后,以叉子稍微轻刮凝固的燕菜, 取一份步骤(3)的芝士馅, 放置在咖啡燕菜上。
6)然后再倒入咖啡燕菜液至满模。待稍微冷却后, 放入冰箱里凝固后即可食用。

【White Coffee Jelly Mooncake, makes 10 jelly mooncakes】
Egg Yolk Ingredients:
1 tsp agar-agar powder, 30g sugar, 120g mashed pumpkin, 210g hot water, 1//8 tsp salt

50g cheddar cheese, 75g whipping cream

Coffee Skin Layer Ingredients:
4 tsp agar-agar powder, 125g sugar, 600g hot water, 100g evaporated milk
65g white coffee (2 packets)

Method:
1)To make egg yolks: Combine sugar and agar-agar powder in a pot, add in hot water and remaining ingredients, mix well and keep stirring over low heat until it comes to boil. Set pot aside to cool slightly. Pour the mixture into ice tube rounded mould and keep to set in the fridge.
2. Cheese Filling: Combine sugar and agar-agar powder in a pot, add in remaining ingredients (except whipping cream) ,stir thoroughly over low heat to dissolve the cheese and bring it to boil. Then add in whipping cream and mix well.
3. Place jelly egg yolk into a round mould and pour the cheese mixture over until it covers the jelly egg yolks. Keep to set in the fridge and unmould the jelly.
4. Coffee layer: Combine sugar and agar-agar powder in a pot, add in remaining ingredients (except evaporated milk) ,stir thoroughly over low heat and bring it to boil. Then add in evaporated milk and mix well.
5. Pour some of the coffee mixture into mooncake moulds, let it set slightly and use a fork to scratch of set jelly before pouring in the another layer of jelly. Then, top up with coffee mixture, cool and chill before serving.

ReplyDelete可以的。 第二次做时, 我也是用cream cheese来做的, 不过必须将cream cheese 切成小块才煮, 煮至Cream cheese 转成小颗粒就可以了。
