蘑菇酿肉(Mushrooms Stuffed With Meat)




上个星期买了6包的日本新鲜蘑菇, 一包RM7.90, 才凑成这一篮的蘑菇。 这些蘑菇是买给女儿学校演出时用的。之后,家里的饭桌上,就不断的出现了蘑菇菜肴,嘿嘿!

而这道蘑菇酿肉,我做过许多次了。每次总是在天黑黑时才拍照。 结果,都被冷藏了。。。


蘑菇酿肉        

材料:      
170克鸡腿肉(搅烂),70克鱼胶,80克新鲜粟米粒 ,1粒葱(切碎),

 
2条红辣椒(切碎),15粒新鲜蘑菇 (去蹄) 
* 2 棵青葱(切粒)                                                                                                                                                                 

调味料:                 
1/2 小匙盐,1/2 小匙胡椒粉,1 小匙糖,1/4 小匙麻油,1大匙绍兴酒  

做法:                                          
1。将所有材料和调味料拌均匀(除了蘑菇) 打起胶质。   
2。把适量的肉馅放在鲜蘑菇上,做完为止, 排在碟子中。  
3。放入预热的蒸炉里用大火蒸15分钟, 离火。撒下葱花即可。                                       

  
Mushrooms Stuffed With Meat

Ingredients:
170g pork with fat (chopped or pounded, i used chicken)
70g fish paste, 80g fresh corn,
1 chopped onion
2 red chillies (chopped),
15 fresh mushrooms (discard stems)
* 2 stalks of spring onion

Seasonings:
1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
1tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp sesame oil, 1tbsp shaoxing wine

Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients (accept mushrooms) with seasonings, mix until sticky.

2. Spoon some mixture on top of the fresh mushrooms. Steam in a preheated steamer over high heat for 15 minutes until cooked.

3. Remove from the heat, add in  spring onion. Serve hot.

  1. 好料哦!这种新鲜的菇,我还没试过酿,通常都是酿那些干的。很好奇你的女儿演出什么,怎么需要这么多菇?

    1. 我更喜欢新鲜的蘑菇,更好吃呢!
      女儿参加了才艺比赛演出,可惜输了, 只有自已啃完这篮的蘑菇了,呵呵!

  4. 不要自己啃我来帮你啃,这菇我喜欢它比干好吃多有时候煮姜丝鸡肉,肉骨茶我都会选这菇。
