简单的~炸鸡块 (Fried Chicken)




今天,煮了这简单的炸鸡块。 本不想上贴子,但深怕自己记忆力衰退,慢慢的不记了许多的事件。于是, 为了做个记录便写下了食谱,以着备用。




简单的~炸鸡块 Fried Chicken

材料 Ingredients
块鸡腿去骨
(用松肉器或刀背将鸡肉打松)
2 boneless chicken drumsticks
Tenderize the chicken with a 
  mallet

腌味料 Marinate:-
¾ 小匙盐 ¾ tsp salt
½ 小匙糖, ½ tsp sugar
1小匙胡椒粉1 tsp pepper
1大匙米酒1tbsp cooking wine
1大匙葱汁1tbsp onion juice
1大匙蒜末1tbsp garlic juice
大匙玉粟粉 1 tbsp corn flour

(把鸡肉用以上的调味料腌大约2小时以上。然后再把腌好的鸡肉沾上1大匙的玉粟粉。)
Marinate  the chicken with the above seasonings for above 2 hours and coat the  chicken with 1 tbsp corn flour 

做法 Method:

1.热油锅, 然后把鸡肉放入热锅里用中火炸至熟或黄金色,捞起即可。
   Heat up oil use medium heat and deep fry the chicken, fry until golden 
   brown.

  2. Hi chu king..i tak masak la...hari hari dok opis pagi sampai 6 petang...tapi org tak de..huhuhu...balik nak masak pun tak de mood!!!
