玉米冻糕 (Sweet Corn Kueh)


做了这个玉米冻糕。  其实,在我家是很少会出现这样的糕点,我也深知也只有儿子会喜欢这糕点。  儿子没那么挑剔, 俩个女儿就麻烦了, 看了都头痛!

果然都被我猜中了,这糕点不怎么受欢迎。 只有我和儿子光顾它, 老的说不够甜又太软。总之,他每次都投诉我的产品不够甜,每次都要我加多糖的份量。这和我恰恰相反了,我减掉糖的份量,而他却要我加多糖的份量。 哎!怎么会这样,又不是18, 20了,干麻要吃那么甜嘛!对身体又不好!

其实,这糕点很不错的,甜度适中。  我把它切了一半送去二弟家,他家多了一个坐月婆,多了一张嘴帮忙吃。 看着二弟拿了一块要放入口中时,我还担心他不喜欢。 但是,连挑剔的他都没投诉,还赞不错,很香。哈!总算有人欣赏了。





Sweet Corn Kueh
(Recipe:YumYum71)

Ingredients
300ml thick coconut milk
700ml water
200g custard powder (I used 150g)
200g  caster sugar (I used 180g)
1 canned creamy sweet corn
3/4 tsp agar-agar powder, 1/4tsp salt

Method:
1. Put all ingredients into a pot, stir and cook until the mixture has thickened.  Remove from heat.
2. Pour the mixture into 8 inches round tin.  Leave to cool and chill into a fridge for 4 hours.
3. Remove, cut into pieces and serve.












玉米冻糕
(食谱:新新饮食80)

材料:
300ml 浓椰浆
700ml 清水
200克蛋黄粉(我放150克)
200克幼糖(我放180克)
1罐玉蜀黍糊
3/4小匙燕菜粉
1/4小匙盐

做法:
1。将所有的材料放入锅里搅拌煮至浓,离火。

2。倒入8寸模型中,待冷放入冰箱冷藏4小时。

3。取出,切块享用。


糕点被我切得很不平衡, 手在发抖呢!哈哈哈。。

    The ingredients in your recipe look easily available. And, to know that this beautiful kueh is very easy to make too.

    Sorry for being nosey but I think there is a typo error at your recipe list with double amount of custard powder.
