粟米鸡肉花形面包(Chicken with Corn Flower Bread)



星期天是我的黄金日,难得可以休息一天,当然要睡的自然醒了。孩子们通常都会早起,但是,这天却比我迟醒了。尤其是等他们醒后,在出外吃早点,不如今日就破列的,把家里那几片不受欢迎的白吐司解决掉。

于是, 心血来潮的就把这些剩余的白面包,花了半小时多,这个可爱型状的面包便出炉了。 看! 我觉得像似一朵美丽的小花。  这可爱的小花型面包,孩子们一定会爱上它的!




粟米鸡肉面包

材料:
12片白吐司, 280克鸡肉(切小粒状),1罐ayam brand金枪鱼,1粒葱(切片),80克新鲜粟米粒,80克mozzarella cheese, 2大匙美奶滋, 2大匙牛油

做法:
1。热油锅溶化牛油, 加入葱片爆香。  然后加入鸡肉炒至变色,离火。
2。加入金枪鱼和美奶滋混合均匀备用。
3。切除面包皮,把面包放入12个满芬烤盘里,取2大匙的鸡肉馅料,撒上粟米和芝士。 放入预热烤箱里,以165度烤12分钟让芝士稍微溶化即可。

**我没把葱片加入鸡肉里一起爆香,因为女儿们不吃葱的。 所以我把它撒在几个的面包上而已。



Chicken with Corn Bread

Ingredients:
12 pieces of white bread, 280g chicken meat (cut into small), 1 can of ayam brand tuna, 1 union (slice), 80g fresh corn kernel, 80g mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tbsp butter

Method:
1.  Heat up wok, melt the butter , saute onion till fragrant add in chicken meat and stir-fry for 2-3 minute.  Dish up 
2. Add in tuna and mayonnaise, mix well.
3. Cut 12 pieces of white bread into square, put the bread into the 12 holes muffin mould.  Scoops 2tbsp chicken meat put on it, sprinkle with corn and mozzarella cheese on top.  Bake at preheated oven  at 165C for 12 minutes. 

这12朵可爱的面包花,都让孩子们抢光了。幸好我快手的抢了一朵,这一朵花我还要和老的他一口我一口的吃呢!哈哈。。。

所以,在我家白面包就是要这样才能有人欣赏的哦!
