麻辣豆腐卜干炒白玉菇 。玫瑰蘑菇鸡 (Fried Tofu Puffs with White Shimeji Mushrooms and Hot Chillies)

煮了这道做法简单的菜肴。 虽是简单, 但却不失为一道好下饭的菜肴。这白玉菇配上豆腐卜,再加上这麻辣味就更加好味了。  不信,你就试试吧!


 麻辣豆腐卜干炒白玉菇

材料:
10粒豆腐卜,切半
1包白玉菇,2 条红辣椒(切角)
5朵新鲜菇,1小匙花椒粒, 5片姜
3条辣椒干(泡软,切碎)
200克清水

调味料:
2大匙辣椒酱,1小匙糖,
半小匙盐,
1大匙蚝油,1小匙麻油



做法:
1。锅里烧热1大匙油,爆香姜片,花椒和 辣椒干, 加入调味料和清水煮沸,加入白玉菇, 鲜菇和红辣椒稍微炒片刻。
2。加入豆腐卜拌均匀,改用慢火煮至汁浓缩及入味,即可上桌。

Fried Tofu Puffs with White Shimeji Mushrooms and Hot Chillies

Ingredients:
1fried tofu puffs (cut into half), 1 package of white shimeji mushrooms, 5 fresh mushrooms,
2 red chilllies (cut into triangles), 1 tsp "Szechuan" pepper, 3 dried chillies (soaked,chopped)
5 slices young ginger, 200ml water

Seasonings:
2 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sesame oil

Method:
1. Heat up 1 tbsp oil in the preheated wok, saute "Szechuan" pepper, chopped dried chillies and ginger until fragrant.  Add seasoning and water, bring to the boil. Place in shimeji mushrooms and red chillies, simmer for a while.

2. Add in tofu puffs and fresh mushrooms, toss well.  Simmer over a low heat until the sauce is slingtly absorbed and the flavour has been absorbed.  Dish up, serve at once.


玫瑰蘑菇鸡 (Rose Mushrooms Chicken)

 这道料理用鸡胸肉片,做成玫瑰花的模样。 适合拿来请客的菜肴,蒸熟后的肉片卷起后不容易散开。 所以,这道玫瑰蘑菇鸡用来当请客时的菜肴,还不错吧!







 做法:
1。将鸡胸肉洗净,切成长薄片状备用。

2。 蘑菇切成碎粒,蒜头,红辣椒,青葱切成碎粒被用。

3。热油锅,把做法(2)的材料`爆香,加入调味料,以中火翻炒均匀。

4。将做法(1)的鸡胸肉卷成圆圈状,中间再舀入蘑菇馅料。

5。把卷好的鸡肉放在盘里,放人沸滚的蒸炉里,以大蒸15分钟,即可享有。

    1. 夫人,你去大型的商店(jusco, carrefour)就会找到的,花椒粉也可以的。
      我的一罐几乎用完了, 不然可以拍上给你看看!
