巧可力核桃香蕉蛋糕 (Chocolate Banana Nut Bread)



又有剩余的香蕉无人问津。 于是,便想要试试Williams Sonoma的食谱,又可参加Zoe 的 Bake-Along 。 今天已经是最后一天了,我得快手快脚了。

这个蛋糕出奇的好吃,很受家人的喜爱, 美中不足的是我把它烘黑了一些。但是,幸好没有影响蛋糕的口味, 这蛋糕值得我再做第二回的。

Chocolate Banana Nut Bread  
食谱: Williams-Sonama

材料:
6 大匙无盐奶油 (85克)
1杯幼糖,我用80克
2或3条熟香蕉,压烂(大约1 1/2杯),3粒蛋, 打散
1/2杯鲜奶
2杯普通面粉(25o克)
1小匙苏打粉, 1小匙发粉
1/2 小匙盐,1小匙豆蔻粉
3/4杯核桃, 我放1杯
1/2 杯巧可力粒(我放100克)

1。把无盐奶油和幼糖放入搅拌盘里以搅拌机打至松发(大约1分钟)。 加入香蕉和蛋继续打至光滑, 然后再加入鲜奶搅拌均匀。

2。将面粉,发粉,苏打粉,盐和豆蔻粉混合,加入香蕉糊里搅拌均匀。 然后再加入核桃和巧可力粒拌均匀。把面糊倒入蛋糕9x5的长模里。 预热烘炉160度烘烤40分钟即可。
