最佳食谱 ~点心 (Best Recipe BREE#12, Dim Sum)

点心的料理, 我只能说, 我很少碰它。 
就算闲来无事, 也宁愿选择做烘焙。 
众多点心中, 也只有包子是偶一为之了, 
层出叠见的也只不过是那几款~ 圆鼓鼓的形状, 
总是认为, 褶包纹与我无缘。   
而唯一, 出现在厨苑里的点心只有鹌鹑蛋烧卖菜粿。 
可见厨苑的菜单里, 点心的料理真是寥寥可数!

几个月前,  Fion 盛情的邀约,

挣扎了很久, 退却的说, 我不行叻!
她回答:  你行! 做你最拿手的吧! 
无奈我并无拿手戏可演, 几乎样样都是半桶水!
于是她提议了, 戚风蛋糕。 
更加不行了, 家里的大烤箱至今尚未修理, 几乎要与它绝缘了,
而且孩子们对戚风蛋糕若即若离。
她说, 点心吧! 范围很广, 你一定行的!
最后, 与她签下了”点心楼“的合约。 
然后,心里就开始忐忑不安, 七上八落的,
无数次都想与她”毁约“了呢!
到最后, 还是接受了这挑战, 豁出去了!
时至今日,只得不停的练习褶花纹, 熟能生巧嘛!
或许有朝一日, 真的和弟兄们合股营业点心楼呢! 嘻嘻。。

这个八月,就让我们一起翘脚, 一起饮茶(yum cha), 一起风花雪月于点心楼吧!想要参加这项活动,你只须以“点心”为主题来做为任何一道的点心烹调料理。  食谱可以自创或是参考任何烹饪书籍,杂志或网站。

广式点心傳統點心包括了包點餃子腸粉。很多點心酒家同時提供其他菜式,例如油菜燒肉、不同款式的。在眾多烹飪方法中,點心通常是採用的,而數量則是4件甚至3件一碟。~资料取自维基百科, 只要按下蓝色的字体, 就可观察到许多点心的资料。

Thanks Fion for giving me this opportunity to host this month's Best recipe BREE # 12 event (Dim Sum) .  Dim Sum is usually linked with the older tradition from yum cha, and is also well known for its unique way it is served in restaurants, whereby fully cooked and ready-to-serve dim sum dishes are carted around the restaurant for customers to place their orders while remain seated at their tables. Eating dim sum at a restaurant is usually know in Cantonese as going to ''drink tea'', as dim sum is typically served with tea.

Let's go yum cha on this coming August, and have a taste of the most delectable dim sums! And to participate in this event, you may just do any cooking as related to the theme "Dim Sum" .     
You may create your own homemade recipe or just makes references from any cookbooks, magazine 
or website.
