最佳食谱#12~点心(饮茶咯!)核桃酥【18】 (BREE#12~Dim Sum, Walnut Cake)





被封锁了, 然而又被‘抢救’回的一批照片,
虽然已经做好最坏的打算, 但是任然对它抱着一丝希望。
其实说开了, 是对他有信心,
看他平日对电脑零件的认识, 还有那无师自通的一套,
他, 自然有他的办法。
这茶楼啊, 只不过才刚营业了数日,
我那私人专用的平板电脑,就被点钟女佣给弄断了,
而无法开启了!
说穿了, 应该归功于自己,
习惯了将它带在身边, 也习惯的将它随手的扔在地上,
夜半三更,当睡意正浓时,
迷迷糊糊又”梦醺醺“的起身,
这电脑啊, 就被我那大力士的笨脚,一脚。。。踩下,
那轻如浮云的电脑,从此就破了相。
那monitor就爆了一角,侥幸它尚能开启,
只是那张“脸”和“身体”就无法合上,
从此就挂着那破了相的大脸, 开着摆着。。
这下可好了, 又被点钟女佣雪上加霜的弄断了那一角,
这回真的是呜呼哀哉了, 那张脸再也无法连接其身了!
感谢我的他, 让我失而复得取得这批的照片!



最后,赶紧的购得一架新的平板电脑, 这才能继续点心茶楼的营业。



核桃酥, 食谱取自中式点心

材料
100克奶油,30克细糖, 50克黄糖,2克盐
20克全蛋, 200克底粉,1小茶匙苏打粉,1/2茶匙双倍发粉
50克核桃(烤香,切碎)

表面:蛋黄液

做法
1。 将奶油,细糖,黄糖以及盐混合均匀, 搅拌至松发,加入全蛋拌匀。
2。 加入混合均匀的粉类,搅拌成团。
3。 加入核桃碎拌匀,分成每份40克,搓成圆球,稍微压扁,再以母指从中心按压。
4。 在表面涂上蛋黄液,送入预热烤箱以180度烘烤20分钟或至表面金黄色即可。





Walnut Cake, Recipe adapted from Dim Sum cook book

Ingredients
100g  unsalted butter, 30g castor sugar, 50g brown sugar, 2g salt
20g whole egg, 200g cake flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp double action baking powder
50g walnut (roasted and chopped)

Topping:  egg yolk

Method
1. Combine butter, castor sugar, brown sugar and salt, whisk well until pale.  Add whole egg and whisk evenly.
2.  Add mix in flour and mix well to make a soft dough.
3.  Add walnut and combine it.  Divide into 40g each, shape it into a ball and press lightly on the middle part by using your thumb .
4.  To brush egg yolk on the surface , bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180C until it baked or golden brown.



午后的气候, 真是难以捉摸啊!才刚举起那相机, 忽然间天色异转,雷电交加的噼里啪啦的下起大雨了, 最近的天气总是那么的善变啊!
