马铃薯泥是人见人爱的小食, 因而马铃薯更是厨房里必备的食材之一。平日毫无机会步入镜头的马铃薯菜肴或小食, 皆因这马铃薯月有机可乘的成了镜头里的主角了。
家里那老的, 看着我兴致勃勃的煮了一道又一道的马铃薯餐, 而他更是兴高采烈的提着左一袋右一袋的马铃薯回来。
于是对他说:"怎么又买马铃薯了?"
而他竟然反问:“咦! 我以为你爱上了马铃薯?
随着马铃薯月的落幕,我即将移情别恋了! 呵呵。。
【马铃薯饼】
材料:
3粒马铃薯(大约480克)
200克鸡肉碎
1粒鸡蛋
2粒红葱(切碎)
2大匙蒜末
1条红辣椒(去籽, 切碎)
75克新鲜粟米粒
4大匙粟粉
适量面包屑
调味料: 1茶匙盐, 1/2茶匙糊椒粉
做法:
1. 将马铃薯去皮, 切成片蒸至熟烂, 压成泥。
2. 将所有材料混合(粟粉除外), 搅拌均匀。
3. 加入调味料混合均匀, 最后加入粟粉拌匀。
4. 将马铃薯团搓成圆状, 滚上面包屑, 稍微压扁。
5. 放入热油中, 以中火炸至金黄色即可, 待冷却后食用。
**我将拌好材料的马铃薯泥团分成两份, 其中一份加入新鲜粟米。 孩子们却不爱含有粟米粒的马铃薯餅, 说是粟米味太重了! 所以, 不爱粟米粒味就别加吧!
【Potato Fritters】
Ingredients:
3 potato(Approximately 480g, skinned, cooked and mashed)
200g minced chicken
1 egg
2 shallots (chopped)
2 pips garlic (chopped)
1 red chili (seeded, chopped)
75g fresh sweet corn
4 tbsp corn flour
**bread crumbs
Seasonings: 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl (exclude corn flour). Add salt and pepper, mix well.
2. Lastly, add corn flour and stir with spatula until mixture combined.
3. Roll to make into balls shape and coat the balls with bread crumbs, slightly flattened.
4. Heat up oil and fry over medium heat until golden brown and serve after cool.
