10月裡,愛上了南瓜。就如當年迷上了玄幻靈異小說, 瘋狂的在網上搜尋書局裡無法購買到的續集。年輕時,顛覆於瓊瑤阿姨小說裡讓人流盡熱淚的愛情故事,總是輸掉了淚水,讓心湖也決提了。
10月裡,無藥可救的愛上了南瓜。廚房裡某個角落,總是擺放著一粒南瓜,可卻依然瀕密的從市集帶回了一粒接一粒的南瓜。猶如當年收集郵票似的,而今改变收集起南瓜, 收集起南瓜食譜了。
原來愛上一樣東西並不難,喜歡上一件事情也不難。
那日的飯局, 丫頭們看著左邊餐桌上的一道南瓜咖哩蝦,又看著右邊的這道南瓜炒麵線,倆者面面相窺,瀕瀕發笑。接著的話題總也離不開南瓜。大小丫頭忽然對這些瓜起了浓厚的興趣,齊聲問:“有東(冬)瓜,西瓜,南瓜,可有北瓜啊?”之後,大丫頭在網絡上尋獲了北瓜的圖片。 (原來還真有北瓜叻,呵呵!)

【南瓜炒麵線】
材料:
5個麵線, 200克南瓜(切絲), 1個杏鮑菇(撕成細絲), 2棵青蔥(切段)
1條紅辣椒(切絲), 2粒紅蔥,2 大匙蒜碎, 適量蝦子
適量炸油(炸麵線), 数滴黑酱油
調味料:
1大匙蠔油, 1小匙鹽, 1大匙紹興酒, 適量清水, 少許胡椒粉
做法:
1. 預先準備鍋熱水一個大碗開水。
2. 熱適量炸油, 一次過放入面, 以中火炸至金黃色。 (期間必需小心仔細觀察, 以防面線變焦, 而且麵線也容易炸至上色。)
3. 取出後, 將炸好的麵線放在吸油紙上除去油份, 然後放進熱水中浸軟, 濾乾水份。
4. 熱2大匙油, 爆香蒜碎及蔥片, 加入蝦子炒香,然後加入杏鮑菇及南瓜絲煸炒香濃。
5. 加入麵線和調味料, 再放入青蔥翻炒片刻。
6. 盛起, 即可食用。

ReplyDeleteI like your pumpkin mee sua, it takes a lot of skills to fry a perfect plate of bee hoon or mee sua, I can never fry any bee hoon or mee sua cos my frying skills very jialat, end up all stick together. :)

ReplyDeleteFew years ago, i've been crazily searching for my part 3 玄幻靈異小說. I like to read these inside the car while waiting for my child at the school now, but i prefer reading chinese novel, because my english is lousy. Hahaha.
