金虾报喜~金桔明虾 (Kumquat Prawn)

报喜来了!报喜来了!金虾来报喜了。。。

过年时,几乎每户人家都会在家里摆上一盘的桔子树。 这桔子意谓着吉祥如意,如意吉祥吧!应该还有更多更多的好预兆, 其他的我就不大清楚了。 呵呵!

但是,我却很清楚这道金桔明虾是非常好吃的,这金桔和蜜糖的配合真是另人拍案叫绝。 所以,这道菜肴是最适合当过年菜了,来个吉祥又如意吧!



金虾报喜~金桔明虾
(食谱:福禄寿禧)

材料:
600克明虾
50克姜丝 (切丝)
1条红辣椒 (切丝)

汤汁:
50克渍金桔 (切片)
(我用桔子)
5大匙柠檬汁
4大匙灌装蜜糖金桔汁
1/4 茶匙盐

做法:
1。热油锅,放入油里炸2-3分钟。 取出。

2。烧热2大匙油,加入汤汁材料煮滚。

3。 加入明虾,姜丝和红辣椒,轻手炒至汁液浓缩即可。

Kumquat Prawn

Ingredients:
600g large prawn
50g shredded pickled ginger
1 piece red chili (shredded)

Soup:
50g preserved kumquat (halved)
5 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp honey kumquat juice in bottle
1/4 salt

Method:
1. Deep fry the prawn in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Remove。 Heat up 2 tbsp oil and boil soup ingredients.
2. Add prawn, pickled ginger and red chili, lightly fry till the gravy is thickened. Serve hot.
