杏仁脆片 (Almond Curls)














每年做这饼干时,都会禁不住说:“ 明年我不做这个饼干了,铺到半条命,很费时间啊!“ 但是,一年又一年的过去了,每年都发誓和投诉却每年都做,实在是这个饼干太好吃了,非常的受欢迎。

做这饼干真的是很费时间,所以外面卖得很贵,一盒只有数片,实在是不够分。 今日,煮了一道蛋丝鸡肉, 剩下了5粒的蛋白,于是便马上又想到了这个饼干。

所以, 做与不做是一个难题啊。。。
















杏仁脆片 (Almond Curls)
(食谱取自:西饼物语)

材料Ingredients:

150克糖 150g sugar
80克 低筋面粉 80g superfine flour
250克蛋白 250g egg white
50克溶化奶油50g melted butter
300克杏仁片 300g almond flakes

做法Method:
1。 将糖和面粉混合均匀。
       Mix sugar and flour.

2。加入蛋白轻轻拌至糖溶解,加入溶化奶油拌匀。

      Add in egg white into method (1).  Mix lightly until sugar 
     dissolves and add in melted butter, mix well.

3.   加入杏仁片 拌均匀后,放入冰箱一个小时。

      Add in almond flakes.  Mix well and keep in refrigerate for at least  1 hour.

4。烤盘铺上一张纸,取杏仁片面糊铺满整张纸,铺成一层薄

     薄的片状,以150C烤15-20分钟。
     Line the tray with parchment paper.  Scoop some almond 
     flakes mixture, spread it evenly into thin slice on the whole 
     paper.  Bake in a preheated oven at 150C for 15-20 minutes till 
     light brown.

    1. Add in when the melted butter has slightly cool down, DO NOT roast the almond flakes.

  12. The ingredients are easy to obtain. What is the difficulty of making this? A lot of time are wasted on the freezing or ?
    I thought of trying out this... But hesitate after reading that time has been wasted on this.

    1. 嗨,这个饼干一定要用parchment paper (油纸),普通的纸不能用,否则就取不下来,你去烘焙店找找拿
