一口巧克力夹心饼,包含着惊讶和喜悦,
浓浓的巧克力味道,仿佛清晨的一甦光。
一口香脆的杏仁香,唤醒了沉睡的大地,
一阵花香扑鼻而来,引来满院蝴蝶飞舞。
蝴蝶飞呀! 就像童年在风里跑。。。。。
蝴蝶飞呀!飞向未来的城堡。。。。。。
一口巧克力夹心饼, 一杯清水,一份喜悦。
食谱参于: Home cooking
1.80克无盐奶油,80g unsalted butter
70克糖粉,70g icing
sugar
40克鸡蛋,40g egg
175克幼粉,175g super
fine flour
15克杏仁粉,15g
almond ground
1克盐,1g salt
巧可力内馅 fillings
2. 100克黑巧可力, 100g dark
chocolate
50克鲜奶油, 50g
whipping cream
Method
做法:
1.将黑巧可力倒入鲜奶油里,放入烘箱里5分钟。 至巧可力变软,用切拌式拌匀,再
静待于温室里。
Put item(2) into oven for 5 minutes until
chocolate melts, mix well.
2.软化无盐奶油加入糖粉和盐,搅拌拌匀, 再把蛋分次倒入,混合。
Add in unsalted butter, salt into icing
sugar, mix well. Add in eggs
separately,
well combine.
3.将面粉和杏仁粉加入(2)里,再用切拌式混合成团。
Add in flour and ground almond into item
(2), use cut & fold method, mix
well.
4.用保鲜纸包面团,再压扁放入冰箱1小时。
Cover dough with cling film and flatten the
dough, leave dough to cool in the
fridge for at least 1 hour.
5。利用杆棍将面团杆成薄片,用5公分的圆模切出一片片的饼皮。
Flatten
the dough, use 5cm round mould cut out the biscuit skin.
6.把巧可力内馅装入挤花袋里,挤一些巧可力在一片的圆形饼皮上。
Put in chocolate filling into piping bag,
squeeze some chocolate on top of
the biscuit skin.
7.在饼皮边缘涂上蛋液,然后再将另一片的圆形饼皮盖上,用叉子压出花纹。
Egg wash at the edge of biscuit skin and
cover on another biscuit skin, press
with fork.
8.放入预热的烘箱里,烘烤170度15-18分钟即可。
Preheated oven at 170c for 15-18mins.
