榛果巧克力粒曲奇(Crisp Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies )



这已经做了几天的曲奇, 做的不太美,但是却很受众人喜爱,因为有巧克力又有榛果。后来却又在吃剩不多时,又拿了相机来咔了几张了。




榛果巧克力粒曲奇(Crisp Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies )

材料Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ 杯普通面粉 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ 小匙盐1/2 teaspoon fine salt
  • 120克无盐奶油12 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 杯黄糖1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 粒蛋1 large egg, at room temperature
  • 1 大匙云尼拉1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1巧克力粒1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1杯榛果1cup of hazelnuts
做法Method
1.预热烤炉170度。 把面粉和盐混合在盘里。
Preheated oven at 180C and combine flour and salt in a small mixing bowl.

2. 用搅拌机把奶油和黄糖打至乳白,大约3分钟。 加入蛋继搅打,然后加入云尼拉   Combine butter and brown sugar and beat on medium speed until fluffy and light, about 3 minutes. Add the egg, and mix well mix in vanilla extract.

3.加入面粉,转用慢速度搅打, 再加入巧克力粒和榛子果稍微搅拌均匀。
Reduce the mixer speed to low and add the flour mixture. Remove the bowl  from the mixer stand and stir in the chocolate chips and hazelnuts

4.  把饼团搓成小圆粒(大约20克)压扁,放入预热烤炉里烘12分钟即可。
Drop the cookie dough by rounded tablespoons20gflatten it, bake at preheated oven for 12 minutes.
