草莓奇异果燕菜 Strawberry Kiwi Jelly





很喜爱做Jelly, 喜欢看到那七彩的颜色,
 Jelly 也是儿子最喜爱的甜品之一,
看到自己做的食品有人欣赏,
那是最开心的事了。
之前做的水蜜桃奇异果燕菜是我家的最爱,
今天的燕菜和水蜜桃奇异果燕菜,
材料方面是大同小异,
只是在水果方面更改而已。

草莓奇异果燕菜
                                                                     
6寸圆模1
6 inch jelly mould

水果透明层材料, Fruits jelly layer:
A4粒草莓(切 片), 4 strawberries, sliced
   1粒奇异果(切片),1 kiwi (sliced)
   4粒葡萄(切半), 4 grapes (cut half)
B. 20克糖, 20g sugar
   1/2小匙燕菜粉, 1/2tsp agar-agar powder
   100毫升水, 100ml water

鲜奶层材料Fresh milk layer:
C35克糖,35g sugar
   1小匙燕菜粉, 1tsp agar-agar powder
   75毫升鲜奶, 75ml fresh milk
   175毫升水, 175ml water
   1/4小匙盐, 1/4tsp salt

奇异果层材料 Kiwi layer:
D15克糖,15g sugar
   3/4小匙半燕菜粉, 3/4tsp agar-agar powder
   50毫升水, 50ml water
E50奇异果肉 ,50g Kiwi juices
      (打成汁, blended

做法:Method

1.    水果透明层A)随个人喜爱的方式排入模型底部,待用。
   For fruit jelly layer: Arrange ingredient Ainto base of jelly

2.    把(B)的材料放入锅里搅拌煮至小滚(记得要先放糖,然后才加入燕菜粉。)离火,待凉些把它淋在己排好的(1)水果的模型里,待稍为凝固。
   Combine ingredient (B) into a pot.  Keep stirring over low heat till it comes to a boil. Set pot aside to cool slightly, then pour over no. (1) to cover fruity layer. Leave it to set slightly.

3.      鲜奶层C)的材料倒入小锅里(除了鲜奶)用小火不停搅拌至小滚,再加入鲜奶熄火。分成两份,待稍为待凉。                                             
   For fresh milk layer:  Combine ingredient (C) into a pot (except fresh milk).  Use low heat and stir non-stop till it comes to a boil and add in fresh milk.  Turn off heat.  Divide into two portions, cool slightly.  
                            
4. 将一份鲜奶层倒入(2)中,待稍为凝固。
  Pour one portions of fresh milk into no. (2). Leave it to set slightly.

5奇异果层:将(D)的材料放入锅里搅拌煮至小滚(记得要先放糖,然后才加入
   燕菜粉。)再把(E)加入搅拌均匀,离火,待凉。
    For kiwi layer:  Combine ingredient (D) into a pot.  Use low heat and
    stir no-stop till it comes to boil and add in (E) mix well. Turn off
    heat, set cool.

6. 将(5)倒入(4)中,待稍为凝固, 再把另一份(3)的鲜奶层倒入即可。
Pour no. (5) over no. (4).  Leave it to set slightly before pouring  
another part of no. 3on top. 

7.待凝固后反倒扣取出,冷藏后待用
   Cool, keep chilled, unmould before serving.
