昨天一早,就听到朋友从电话里传来,她那甜美的歌声唱着生日歌。还有在邻国的十多年的老友也传来祝贺,每年她都不曾忘记给我这老友带来祝贺,而我忙了起来,时常都忘了她的大日子。哎!惭愧而又感动呢!
塔的食谱请参考杏桃榛果塔的塔皮材料,做了两个12公分葡萄塔,
送了一个给朋友希望她喜欢。

葡萄塔 Grapes Tart
食谱参考于星期天的烘焙时光,第 124页
乳酪馅料Fillings :
(可做2个12公分的塔模)
1.150克乳酪奶油,150g
cream cheese
2.150克鲜奶油, 150g whipping cream
3.20克幼糖, 20g sugar
4. 18克炼奶,18g condensed milk
装饰 Decoration:
葡萄
做法Method:
1.把乳酪奶油和糖搅拌拌匀。
Mix cream cheese with sugar.
2.加入鲜奶油, 用打蛋器充分搅拌拌匀。
Add in whipping cream and whisk well.
3.把炼奶加入,继续搅拌。
Add in condensed milk into cream cheese
mixture, well combine.
4. 把内馅(3)填挤入已经烘好的塔皮上,然后放入冰箱里30分钟待凝固。
Pipe filling no。(3) onto baked tart shells and put it in the fridge
for 30mins.

5。在凝固的乳酪内馅上摆放葡萄即可, 放入冰箱30分钟即可享用。

塔皮 Tart Skin
20克杏仁粉, 20g ground almond
50克糖粉, 50g icing sugar
B. 30克蛋, 30g egg
85克无盐奶油, 85g unsalted butter
做法Method:
1. 将(A) 材料混合, 然后加入蛋搅拌均匀。

2。再把奶油加入,用擦入法把面粉和牛油揉成团状,放入冰箱冷藏20分钟以上。
Add in butter, rub butter and flour until resembles coarse crumbs,

3.用擀棍把皮擀成约3公厘的铺在塔模里,然后用叉子刺些小洞,放入冰箱里5分
钟。

4. 预热烘炉,用165度烘22分钟。
