这也是在家附近一家驰名的海鲜餐馆,非常出名的一道面。从开张至今短短的2年时间, 已经从一间广张成4间, 总是门庭若市,价钱也蛮贵的一间餐馆。这一碗单人吃的芋香~鱼头米粉价格马币18元, 虽然贵了些,但是,这家海鲜餐馆还是人潮人往,川流不息。
如今,虽然也跟着那材料煮了这道鱼头米粉,味道也不错。 但是,每隔不久都会前往这家餐馆享用。
芋香~鱼头米粉 Fish
Head Meehoon

材料Ingredients:-
850克鱼头 (斩块) 850g fish head (chopped)
1粒番茄(切4块)1 tomato (chopped into 4)
1粒芋头 1 medium size yam
1包新鲜金针菇, 1 package fresh needle mushroom
100克黄芽白 100g Chinese cabbage (sliced)
1 棵青葱(切段) 1stalk spring onion (sliced)
姜片少许some
ginger slices
600毫升江鱼仔上汤 600ml anchovies soup
1大匙盐 1tbsp salt
1 包粗米粉 (浸软) 1 package thick meehoon (soak in water until soften)
2大匙麻油 2tbsp sesame oil
做法Method:
1。芋头削皮后切成薄片,
待用。
Peel yam and cut into slices.
2. 把江鱼仔放入650毫升清水锅里另加4片姜,用小火煲至江鱼仔出味。然后
将江鱼仔上汤过滤再加入一半的切片芋头,煮至芋头熟烂,压碎备用。
Put anchovies in the wok and pour in 650ml water, add in 4 ginger slices,
use small eat cook for around 40mins then filter. Add in half of slices
yam into anchovies oup and cook until yam is ripe meshed.
3. 把斩好的鱼头洗净。开锅热油放入鱼头炸至熟透取出备用。
Heat up wok with oil, deep fry fish head until cooked. Dish up.
将江鱼仔上汤过滤再加入一半的切片芋头,煮至芋头熟烂,压碎备用。

3. 把斩好的鱼头洗净。开锅热油放入鱼头炸至熟透取出备用。

4. 将锅烧热注入麻油,爆香姜片加入新鲜金针菇和剩余的芋头,然后注入上汤煮
至芋头熟透。
Heat up wok and add in sesame oil, sauce ginger until fragrant, add in fresh golden needle mushroom and balance of yam, pour in soup until yam is cooked.
5. 加入盐,奶白菜,和米粉。最后放入 炸好的鱼头, 即可享用。
Add in salt, chinese cabbage, mee hoon and fish head.
6。撒入青葱,即可享用。
Sprinkle in spring onion. Disk up, serve hot.
