我説: 相思?才刚吃过啊!
女儿回答: 好吃嘛!
我问: 什么是相思你懂吗?
女儿回答: 懂。。。很想咯!
噢!很想,连小孩都很想了,看来这相思蛋糕吃了真的会让人很想再吃呢!说真的,软绵绵的蛋糕,吃的整颗心都也变得软绵绵了,难怪歌仔都唱着:你總是心太軟,心太軟。。。
看来是吃了这相思蛋糕才会变得心太软,心太软。。。
那么心不够软是否该多吃点呢!呵呵呵!
7寸的圆型模

1. 100克蛋黄,60毫升鲜奶,50毫升粟油,1/8 小匙
盐
100g egg
yolk,60ml fresh milk, 50g corn oil,
1/8tsp salt
2.70克特幼面粉

3.200克蛋白, 80克幼糖 和
1小匙苏打粉
200g egg white, 80g sugar and 1tsp soda

2大匙浓班兰汁,
2tbsp thick pandan juices
做法:

1.混合(1),以打蛋器混合。

2.加入(2) , 搅拌均匀。

3. 把蛋白和苏打粉用搅拌机打在至起泡。再慢慢的加入糖,用搅拌机打至硬

in sugar slowly, continue to whisk until stiff.
4.再把(3)的蛋白糊加入蛋黄奶油糊里,搅拌拌匀。

5. 把(4)的蛋糕糊分一半,其中一份加入2大匙的浓班兰汁,搅拌拌匀。

6. 把原色的蛋糕糊倒入模里,然后再把班兰蛋糊加入.

7.预热烘炉,用蒸烘法120度烘30分钟(底层),然后
改用130度(底层)度
烘20分钟即可。

取出,倒扣放着至冷却才取出蛋糕。
