做了这个蛋糕让孩子们带去学校当早餐, 很好吃的蛋糕。 可惜当时,家里的Nutella 巧可力酱只剩下最后三大匙了,又懒得特地去买,要不这个蛋糕配上多多的Nutella会更加好吃吧!有时人懒了下来,也真是无药可医呢!
核桃巧可力蛋糕
(食谱取自蓝赛珍老师)
材料:
250克奶油,软化
200克幼黄糖
4粒蛋
300克自发面粉
5大匙鲜奶
** 6大匙Nutella 榛果巧可力酱(我放3大匙)
600克核桃,切小粒
做法:
1。把奶油黑黄糖混合放入搅拌盘里打至松发。
2。慢慢的一粒粒加入鸡蛋和鲜奶打至光滑, 拌入面粉搅拌均匀后, 再加入少量的核桃粒, 稍微拌均。
3。将2/3的蛋糕糊倒入已铺上纸和涂上奶油的8寸四方模里(原谱用圆模)烘盘中,抹平,舀入榛果巧可力酱。
4。再把剩下的蛋糕糊倒入烘盘内,用竹签旋转数圈, 抹平面。
5。撒上核桃粒,放入预热烤箱里,以160度烘45分钟至金黄色即可。
Quick & Easy Nutella Cake(Recipe: AgnesChang)
Ingredients:
250g butter, softened
200g brown sugar
4 eggs
300g self-raising flour
5 tbsp fresh milk
** 6 tbsp nutella chocolate hazelnut spread
** 600g walnuts, chopped coarsely
Method:
1. Put in butter and brown sugar into a mixing bowl, and beat until light and fluffy.
2. Slowly add in eggs and fresh milk, beat until smooth. Add in flour well combine and add in some walnut mix well.
3.Pour 2/3 portion of the cake mixture into a greased and line 8" square baking tin and spread to level. Spoon the chocolate hazelnut spread.
4. Top with the remaining portion of the cake mixture, swirl a few times with a skewer, then smooth the top.
5. Sprinkle walnuts on top and bake a pre-heated oven at 160C for 45minutes until golden brown.
