又是一道鸡肉送饭,简单又容易的做法。 这鸡翼必需趁热吃,才能吃到好味, 快。。快上菜咯!
美式香辣鸡翼(Buffalo Wings)
(食谱参考于Fifty Best-Kept Chicken Recipes)
8只鸡翼
8 pcs large whole chicken wings
1/2 茶匙盐
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 茶匙胡椒粉
1/2 tsp pepper
少许面粉(沾裹用)
some flour-for dusting
适量炸油
some oil- deep frying
酱汁 sauce:
25克牛油
25g butter
1茶匙大蒜粉
1 tsp garlic powder
1大匙辣椒酱
1 tbsp chilli sauce
4大匙塔巴斯哥辣椒酱
4 tbsp tabasco Sauce
1茶匙糖
1 tsp sugar
1茶匙红酒醋
1 tsp red wine venegar
50毫升水
50ml water
**将鸡翼砍三段,鸡中翼,鸡小腿和鸡翼尾,其他加少许盐和胡椒粉腌上30分钟以上。
**Chop chicken wings into winglets and drummettes. Discard wing tips. Season with salt and pepper.
做法Method:
1。鸡翼和鸡小腿沾裹面粉,然后放入热油中炸至金黄。 取出,沥干油。
Dust chicken wings with flour. Deep fry chicken wings in preheat oil till golden brown. Remove from
oil and drain.
2。锅中放入牛油,加热,使牛油溶化。 加入剩余的酱汁材料,拌均匀。
Melt butter in wok and add in the rest of the sauce ingredients. Mix well.
3。加入炸过的鸡翼和鸡小腿,拌均匀即可。
Toss chicken wings with prepared sauce.
