本想煮这道金沙明虾的,那知材料都预备好了,才知道没了鲜奶。这金沙明虾的食谱是用鲜奶慢慢的炒成沙的。 所以,临时只好材用了蒜来取代,做了这个金蒜明虾。
但是,这蒜却让我炸黑了一些,看来我是不善做煎炸之类的了。否 则, 食物都会变黑黑的。。呵呵!
金蒜明虾
材料:
600克明虾
30片加哩叶
2条指天椒(切碎)
4大匙蒜末
调味料A:
1/2 小匙糖
1/4 小匙盐
调味料B:
1/2 小匙盐
少许胡椒粉
做法:
1。大虾洗净,加入调味料B腌片刻。
2。沥干后放入滚油内炸约2-3分钟,沥干油份。
3。加入3大匙奶油,煮至溶解加入蒜末用慢火炒至金黄色。
4。加入加喱叶和指天椒炒片刻, 然后加入虾和调味料A,轻轻拌匀即可。
Ingredients:
600g prawn
30 pieces curry leaf
6 pieces bird's chilli (chopped)
4 tbsp garlic (chopped)
Seasonings A:
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Seasonigs B:
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 pepper
Method:
1. Rinse prawn and mix with seasonings B and marinate for a while.
2. Drain and deep fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Drain oil.
3. Melt butter. Add in garlic and fry slowly over medium heat till it turn to golden brown.
4. Add curry leaf and chilli, fry for a while, add in prawn and seasonigs A, stir lightly.
我都没有看到黑蒜,总之,这碟虾卖相真的很好,很赞的一道美食
