望着这百花齐放的的凤梨酥,充满了强烈的春天气息, 我亦欢呼春天的到来,不知觉间也感染了春节的气息, 心里也心花怒放了!
取出了不久前所买的台式凤梨酥模子, 只做了两个我便取消念头了。 忽然觉的这方块传统式凤梨酥很大块子, 而我却较为喜爱娇小玲珑的式的凤梨酥, 因而才会又有今日的百花齐放式的凤梨酥了!
台式凤梨酥 (Taiwanese Pineapple Tarts)
(食谱参考鲸鱼)
材料:
188克牛油, 22克糖粉, 2粒蛋黄,290克低粉
45克奶粉, 30克蛋黄粉(我另加)
馅料: 凤梨馅
做法:
1)将牛油及糖粉用搅拌机以中速打至松发(大约两分钟),转低速,逐粒把蛋黄加入, 搅拌均匀。
2)把过筛的低粉,奶粉和蛋黄粉加入,混合均匀后, 用保鲜纸将面团包好,放入冰箱休面30分钟。
3)将面团分成每个15克,包入馅料(15克),搓圆,压入挞模型里。
4)送入预热烤箱里,以165度烤约20分钟或呈金黄色即可。
