奇异果核仁烩墨鱼 Kiwi fruits,walnut braise squid
(食谱参考于美食堂4月)
材料 Ingredients:
150克墨鱼150g Squids
10只虾仁 , 10 prawns
10只虾仁 , 10 prawns
2粒奇异果(切片)2 kiwi
fruits (sliced)
20克核桃仁 20g walnut
30克红椒(切片)30g red
chili (sliced)
1小匙花雕酒 1 tsp hua
diao cooking wine
1小匙盐 1 tsp salt
2大匙麻油, 2 tbsp
sesame oil
1大匙巴拉煎, 2 tbsp
belacan
1小匙蚝油, 1 tsp oyster sauce
3粒蒜米3 garlic (sliced)
做法:
1)将墨鱼洗净,切圆状,用绍兴酒酿腌制片刻。
Rinse
and cut squids into rings, marinade with hua diao cooking wine.
2)锅中烧热油,爆香蒜米,将虾和墨鱼连带腌制时的绍兴酒一起入锅炒香,加入盐,蚝油
和红椒将墨鱼翻炒至熟。
Heat
oil in wok, sauce garlic until fragrant, add in prawns and squids
with hua diao
cooking
wine , salt, oyster sauce and red chili stir fry over high heat.
3)将核仁,奇异果放入,略加翻炒即可。
Add in walnut, kiwi fruits, stir fry quickly
for a while and serve.
