这几天觉得非常懒散,提不起劲来。只想一直躺着,什么都不想做,就是越休息就越不想动了。 今天,连午餐也都在外面解决了,真的是不得不认老了。。。
强逼着要自己起来,做了这个一直想做的小蛋糕,只因看到冰箱里有两盒的蓝莓,一盒几乎要坏了,而另一盒却还很新鲜。于是,便挑选了一些新鲜的蓝莓,放完它又太多了,还是又剩了一些。。。唉!
放入烘炉后,我又躺下了,没去留意烘炉。在半梦半醒时,听到女儿喊叫蛋糕黑了,这我才急促的起来,所幸尚末变成了黑蛋糕了,嘿嘿!
香酥碎材料Crumble topping:
20克奶油 20g butter
20克细砂糖 20g sugar
20克底筋面粉20g superfine flour
20克杏仁粉 20g ground almond
**把全部的材料混合均匀, 搓成粒状,放入冰箱待用。
** Combine all the ingredients and use hand mix until breadcrumbs,Refrigerate until needed.
125克奶油125g butter
80克细砂糖 80g sugar
2 鸡蛋 2 eggs
2大匙鲜奶 2 tbsp fresh milk
80克底筋面粉+1茶匙发粉 80g superfine flour +
1tsp baking powder
100克新鲜蓝莓 100g fresh
blueberries
做法Method:
1。把奶油和糖打发至松,再把蛋分次加入,拌打均匀。
Beat
butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in eggs
combine well.
2。再把面粉和鲜奶分次加入蛋糊里,搅拌均匀。
Add in flour and fresh milk
alternately until well combine.
3。最后再把蓝莓拌入,把面糊舀入纸杯里。
Lastly,
add in blueberries and spoon the mixture into the paper liner.
4。再把几粒的蓝莓铺在面糊上,再撒上香酥粒。
Top with some blueberries and sprinkle crumble topping over.
5。放入预热烤炉,以180度烘约25分钟。
