但是,家里那老的一听我要做7风,便要我做这香蕉蛋糕, 说是很久没吃了。说的也是我也很久没做这类似的蛋糕了, 那就动手吧!
材料Ingredients:
180克奶油 180g butter
180克幼糖 180 caster
sugar
2粒蛋 2 eggs
3条香蕉 (稍微压烂) 3 ripe bananas (coarsely mashed )
(原者放4条,我只有3条的香蕉)
4大匙鲜奶 4 tbsp fresh
milk
1大匙柠檬汁 1 tbsp lemon
juice
240克自发面粉 240g self
raising flour
60克核桃 (压小粒状)60g
walnut (press to small)
装饰Decoration:
60克核桃 60g walnut
40克可可粒 40g
chocolate chips
做法Method:
1) 奶油和幼糖一起打发,慢慢加入蛋拌匀。

2) 加入压烂的香蕉,鲜奶和面粉搅拌均匀,再放入核桃和可可粒,搅拌均匀。 倒入
模型里或纸杯里。
Mix
in mashed bananas, fresh milk and flour,add in walnut
and
chocolate chips.
till well-combined. Pour into loaf tin or paper cups.
3)撒上核桃和可可粒装饰。
Sprinkle with walnut and chocolate chips on top.
4)预热烤箱170度,烤40分钟至即可。
Bake at preheated oven at 170C for 40 minutes。
