斑点巧可力戚风蛋糕(White Dots Chocolate Chiffon Cake)




我家前一阵子的‘戚风’平息许久了。不知那家又吹来了这‘戚风’搞到满城风雨。如今,家家户户都吹着‘戚风’,这‘戚风’刮的更大更猛烈了。 这‘戚风’吹呀吹呀吹的。。。。。

终于,又吹到我家来了!




斑点巧可力戚风蛋糕(White Dots Chocolate Chiffon Cake
 (食谱参考于chiffon cake is done, 稍微修改)
122模型 22cm chiffon pan

蛋黄糊 Egg yolk batter:
5 粒蛋黄 5 egg yolks (medium size)
50克幼糖 50g sugar
50克玉米油50g corn oil
60毫升鲜奶60ml fresh milk
2 大匙可可粉 2 tbsp cocoa powder
100克特幼面粉100g super fine flour

1片海绵蛋糕 1 slice of sponge cake (diced)

蛋白糊Egg white foam
5粒蛋白 5 egg whites
80克幼糖 80g caster sugar

做法:
Method

1蛋黄糊: 搅拌盆中用打蛋器拌匀蛋黄,幼糖,玉米油,鲜奶和可可粉,加入面粉,搅拌均匀备用。
To made egg yolk batter, combine egg yolks, caster sugar, corn oil and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl.  Fold in super fine flour until forms batter.

2蛋白糊: 把蛋白用搅拌机打在至起,再把糖分3次的加入,用搅拌机打至硬 (碗拿起,而蛋白糊不会掉下)
To make egg white foam,beat egg whites until mixture forms solf peaks. Gradually add in sugar, beating at high speed until frothy and stiff peaks form.

3蛋白糊次加入蛋黄糊里,用搅拌刀拌均匀
Gently fold beaten egg white foam into egg yolk batter, use cut and fold method until blended.

4. 把一些蛋糕糊倒入烘盘里,放入少许海绵蛋糕,再倒入蛋糕糊和放入海绵蛋糕粒即可。   Pour some batter into cake pan and put some sponge cake dices alternately  until finished.

5预热烘炉,用160度烘40分钟。Bake in pre-heated oven at 160c for 40mins.

6.  取出蛋糕,倒扣在桌子上,待完全冷却。Remove from oven, invert cake onto table until completely cooled.

                                    身为戚风蛋糕爱慕者的我,怎能不被吹倒呢!
