柠檬西瓜燕菜 (Lemon and Watermelon Jelly)





 


收拾冰箱之余,发现一小块结冰的西瓜,
若是以往, 肯定想都不想的就往垃圾桶里扔了。
这回却非常的醒目, 灵机一动就将它搅成了果汁,
转身一变, 成了漂亮的燕菜糕了。
蛮好吃的, 带有少许柠檬的酸味,
只是份量少了些, 不够填满这五张大小嘴,
下次必需多做几倍的份量吧!

柠檬西瓜燕菜, 共做5杯】

材料
2+3/4 小茶匙燕菜粉
80克細糖
365克西瓜汁
3大匙柠檬汁

做法
1. 将燕菜粉和细糖混合, 加入西瓜汁及柠檬汁搅拌均匀。
2. 以慢火煮至小滚(过程中必需不停地搅拌)。 
3. 待稍微冷却后, 倒入备好的模子里至满。 
4. 待冷, 放入冰箱里冷藏后食用。 



Lemon and Watermelon Jelly, makes 5 cups】

Ingredients
2+ 3/4 tsp agar-agar powder
80g sugar
365g watermelon juice
3 tbsp lemon juice

Method:
Combine sugar and agar-agar powder into a pot, mix well. Then pour in watermelon juice and lemon juice, keep, stirring over low heat till it comes to a boil. Set pot aside to cool slightly.
Pour mixture  in six serving cups,  cool and chill before serving.

  9. Hi may. So I just weigh 365gm watermelon and then blend it and cook this whole mixture with the agar agar powder. Do I need to sieve the melon after blending?? I don't have a juicer. Thanks chloe

    1. Hi Chloe, After blending the watermelon, i have got 365g watermelon juice and my blender comes with the sieve. You may squeeze the juice out by yourself.
