随口问了丫头一句: 女儿啊, 你要什么口味的生日蛋糕?
丫头答: 妈咪, 您还要问吗?
是啊! 还要问吗?!
这丫头最爱就是巧克力, 心里除了巧克力别无它,
从不移情别恋, 非常痴情的人。
妈妈有些担心了,为未来的她而忧心,
在未雨绸缪了,哈哈!
[材料], 8寸圆模
200克无盐奶油, 室内融化
230克黄糖
3粒鸡蛋 (一个约65克)
240克蛋糕粉
3/4茶匙苏打粉
3/4茶匙泡打粉
80克可可粉 , 加入210克热水混合融化
【蛋糕体做法】
1。将奶油和黄糖混合后, 再以搅拌机打发至松发乳白状态。
600克黑巧克力, 切碎
** 将UHT鲜奶油和黑巧克力隔水煮溶, 搅拌均匀,待凉浓稠备用。
【涂抹蛋糕体的材料】
30克咖啡酒 (khalue)
1茶匙咖啡粉+适量热水, 搅拌均匀
【装饰:白巧克力材料】
40克白巧克力, 1茶匙白油(隔水融化, 拌匀)
230克黄糖
3粒鸡蛋 (一个约65克)
240克蛋糕粉
3/4茶匙苏打粉
3/4茶匙泡打粉
80克可可粉 , 加入210克热水混合融化
【蛋糕体做法】
1。将奶油和黄糖混合后, 再以搅拌机打发至松发乳白状态。
2。将鸡蛋逐粒的加入, 每次必须等至蛋液充分被搅拌后才加入另一粒。
3。将面粉, 泡打粉以及苏打粉混合过筛。 然后,以慢速交替加入过筛粉类及可可混合物,拌均即成巧克力糊。
4。把巧克力蛋糕糊倒入涂油备好的模具里, 铺平。
5。送入预热烤箱里以160度烘烤约60分钟至熟, 或以竹签插入不带出湿沾的面糊即为熟透。
6。待冷却后脱模切成3片, 备用。
【巧克力内馅】
300克UHT 鲜奶油600克黑巧克力, 切碎
** 将UHT鲜奶油和黑巧克力隔水煮溶, 搅拌均匀,待凉浓稠备用。
【涂抹蛋糕体的材料】
30克咖啡酒 (khalue)
1茶匙咖啡粉+适量热水, 搅拌均匀
【装饰:白巧克力材料】
40克白巧克力, 1茶匙白油(隔水融化, 拌匀)
【蛋糕组合】
1. 将巧克力内馅分成3份。
2. 将一片巧克力蛋糕涂上适量咖啡酒, 然后再涂上一份巧克力内馅,重复的做完以上的步骤。 最后, 把剩余的一份巧克力馅涂在蛋糕表面及外围, 铺平。
3. 将白巧克力馅装入挤花袋里, 然后在蛋糕表面挤上圆圈, 再以竹签从中间部分画出线条, 放入冰箱里待凝固。
** 非常棒的巧克力蛋糕, 记得这是牛油蛋糕体以及巧克力内馅, 所以切记哦,享用时必须提早从冰箱里解冻, 否则较难切片。

3/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp baking powder
80g cocoa powder , dissolved in 210ml hot water
【Cake base preparation】
1. Whisk butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
600g dark chocolate, chopped
** Heat cream and chocolated in a double boiled, and stir until smooth.
** Cool until chocolate has thickened before use.
【To apply on cake 】
30g khalue coffee liquid
1 tsp instant coffe powder + some hot water, mix well
【Topping Decoaration】
40g white chocolate, 1 tsp shortening
(heat white chocolate and shortening in a double boiled, stir until smooth and melted.)

3. Add in shifted flour, baking powder and baking soda into butter mixture, alternate with cocoa mixture on low speed, whisk to combine.
4. Pour batter into 8“inches greased cake pan and spread evenly.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 160C for 60 minutes until cooked or a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean.
6. Remove cake from oven and leave to cool before cutting into 3 layers.

** Heat cream and chocolated in a double boiled, and stir until smooth.
** Cool until chocolate has thickened before use.
【To apply on cake 】
30g khalue coffee liquid
1 tsp instant coffe powder + some hot water, mix well
【Topping Decoaration】
40g white chocolate, 1 tsp shortening
(heat white chocolate and shortening in a double boiled, stir until smooth and melted.)
【To assemble cake】
1. Divide chocolate filling into 3 portions.
2. Place the 1st slice of cake, then apply with kahlue coffee mixture on the layer of the cake. Spread with 1 portion of chocolate on top of the cake layer. Repeat the same till the last layer. Lastly, cover the last portion of chocolate filling on top of the cake and smooth the side and top. 3. Place melted white chocolate in a piping bag and pipe a few circles on surface of the cake. Use a skewer to create feathery effects. Chill in the fridge.
4. Decoarate as your own desire or as shown.

in your base cake preparation, u did not mentioned when u add in the 80g of the coco powder disolved in the 210ml of hot water.please advise.
