蜂蜜柠檬玛德莲【Honey Lemon Madeleine】




  
以往, 总得仰赖清晨的闹钟将我从梦里唤醒,
不知何日起, 懒睡的我终于摆脱了闹钟的“乐曲”,
也许是已经习惯了早睡早起, 
也许是是窗外的鸟儿快乐地叫唤声将我吵醒吧!
早起的清晨, 是那么的安静。
喜欢这样的清晨, 也许是那份幽静,
也许是那束耀眼的阳光。
一眼望向窗外, 灰蒙蒙的一片,
似雨像雾又像风, 刹那间又像是太阳从山坳里探出!
好久没有这样悠然自在的望着天空了, 
也好久心情没有这样的轻松了!
天终于放晴了, 我不禁若释重负悠悠的松了口气!


挂着大肚子可爱的玛德莲小蛋糕, 尽管它是那么的惹人爱, 可惜家里的几个瓜就是不会欣赏。哎哎。。下次还是做回孩子们喜欢的巧克力口味, 起码多几个人帮口吃, 不必左送右派的!




【蜂蜜柠檬玛德莲】


材料

100克低筋面粉,2个鸡蛋,60克砂糖

16克蜂蜜,1粒柠檬屑,90克黄油/奶油,3克泡打粉, 1大匙柠檬汁


做法:
1。将低筋面粉、泡打粉混合过筛。 
2。将鸡蛋打入碗里,加入细砂糖, 用手动打蛋器慢慢搅拌均匀,要避免将鸡蛋打发起泡。
3。加入蜂蜜,柠檬屑,搅拌均匀,再倒入柠檬汁, 拌匀。
4。再倒入过筛后的低筋面粉(做法1),用打蛋器慢慢搅拌均匀,直到搅拌成浓稠的泥状。
5.  把奶油加热溶化后, 倒入混合物(步骤4)里。  (最好趁奶油温热时倒入) 
6。再次用打蛋器搅拌均匀,成为光滑的泥状。放入冰箱冷藏1个小时。
7。从冰箱取出面糊。这时候面糊已经凝固。在室温下放置片刻,待面糊重新恢复到可流动的状态时,把面糊装入裱花袋,挤入玛德琳模具。大约9成满。(如不使用裱花袋,也可用勺子把面糊舀入模具。我用的烤模是不粘模的, 否则必须预先将模具涂上一层奶油, 撒下面粉, 然后再将多余的面粉倒出。)      
8。将模具放入预热好的烤箱,上下火170度,烤13-15分钟。烤好的玛德琳趁热脱模,放在架上冷却。(如果玛德琳的背面出现了高高的鼓包,一般认为是制作成功了。)

【Honey Lemon Madeleine】

[Ingredients]
100g cake flour
2 eggs
60g castor sugar
16g honey
1 lemon zest
90g butter
3g baking powder
1 tbsp lemon juice

【Method】

1. Sift together the cake flour and baking powder to get rid of any lumps.
2.  In a mixing bowl, slightly beat to combine eggs and sugar. (do not over whipped the eggs) 
3.  Add honey and lemon zest, followed by the lemon juice and mix well.
4.  Gently fold in flour mixture, mix well.  Then, pour the melted butter into batter and mix well . (preferably to be poured in while butter is still warm).  Chill the batter for at least an hour.  
5.  Remove batter from the refrigerator, leave it for a moment until the batter is restored to a flow-able state.
6.  Spoon the batter into piping bag, and pipe the batter into madeleine mould until 90% full. (  I used the non-stick mould otherwise you have to grease the mould with butter and lightly dust with flour, shaking off the excess flour. )
7.  Bake in preheated oven for 170C for 13-15 minues, keeping an eye on them.  Once they look golden on top, remove from oven and remove the cakes from the mould and allow to cool on wire rack.

    哈。。。。。哈。。。。。。除了因为它的漂亮,更开心的是我的烤箱内正在烤着它的同伙呢!
