酸辣鱼鳔 (Spicy & Sour Fish Maw)


这是家乡家愈户晓的一道美食, 之前已经贴上。 重新又煮这道美食时,忍不住又拿起相机拍了几张,又再贴上和大家分享。

每逢新春佳节,或是过大日子时,家家户户的餐桌上都会摆上这道又酸又辣的鱼鳔, 吃了另你还想再吃,连汤都喝的无剩一滴呢!




之前的食谱在这里我那老的说上次的太酸了。 所以在食谱上有少许更改,这次我减少酸甘的份量,只用了6粒。  而辣椒酱也换成3/4杯和番茄酱也是3/4杯,其他的照旧。

  2. This is the nicest fish maw dish I have seen. I don't normally eat this, but with the sweet and sour sauce, I would love to have it.
