绿茶奶昔布丁 (Matcha Evaporated Milk Pudding)






虽然食谱是千变万化的, 然而万变不离其宗。 
这道时常出没于家里的奶昔布丁深受孩子们的喜爱。
这次也将其变一变, 加入少量的绿茶,效果很好。 
每舀一匙入口, 一阵阵醉人的绿茶香味, 扑鼻而来。
这绿茶香味, 竟然盖过了原来的奶香味, 
其口感也截然不同了!
以为又要强行推销这布丁了, 
岂知, 不知不觉间, 
冰箱里摆着的布丁都被掏空了!







【绿茶奶昔布丁】 


材料:-
12克双燕牌的燕菜丝 /琼脂条(剪短)
1500毫升水
200克糖
1罐淡奶 (Evaporated milk)
1+1/2茶匙绿茶粉
4片班兰叶(打结)

*1罐糖浆紅腰豆

做法 :-
1. 将燕菜丝,糖和水放入锅里,煮至燕菜丝完全溶解, 倒入淡奶煮至小滚。将淡奶混合物分成两份, 其中一份加入绿茶粉, 搅拌至绿茶粉完全融化。 

2. 将绿茶混合物倒入备好的容器里,待稍微凝固后, 再倒入另一份原味淡奶混合物,放入冰箱里冷藏至少一小时至凝固。 (依个人喜爱, 亦可配上糖浆红腰豆享用。)




【Matcha Evaporated Milk Pudding】 
Ingredients: -
12 g agar-agar strip (cut into small pieces)
1500 ml water
200 g castor sugar
1 can of evaporated milk
1 + 1/2 tsp matcha powder
4 pandan leaves (tie)

* 1 can of red kidney beans

Method: -
1. Combine agar-agar strip, sugar and pandan leaves into a pot and cook until agar-agar strip completely dissolved. Add evaporated milk, bring it just to boil. 

2.  Divide mixture into two portions, mix in matcha powder into one of the mixture, mix well and set pot aside to cool slightly.

3.  Pour the matcha mixture into the prepared cups and leave it to set slightly before pouring the evaporated milk mixture into it, Let cool and keep chilled and serve with red kidney beans.
