椰丝蛋白饼 (Crispy Egg White Coconut Cookies)





选了Carol 老师的这款香脆的椰香饼,  只需3种材料, 即简单又好吃。  这饼干对于目前即忙碌又懒意绵绵的我而言, 是最为适合不过了。 

所谓懒人有懒福,打开烤箱的一刹那, 一股椰香直钻鼻子, 这香味总算也让我这懒人增添了一份“懒福”吧!   






【椰丝蛋白饼, 可做15个】

材料:
1粒蛋白(35克,室温)
35克糖粉 
70克椰丝干

做法
1. 将蛋白和糖粉混合均匀, 加入椰丝干粉拌匀。
2. 取适量的椰丝团并捏成三角錐形。
3. 排放在烤盤中, 送入预热烤箱里于160度烘烤25分钟, 关火。
4. 不要即刻取出, 让饼干放置在烤箱里冷卻或至乾燥才取出。
