苹果造型~苹果酥 【Apple Shape~ Apple Tart】




做了苹果酥同时也做了苹果造型,拍了, 写了食谱, 也上了照片。放置至今, 就是少了这几行字句, 今日就随意的贴了它, 留个记录吧!  我和他都不太喜欢这苹果馅, 所以统统都打包送给左邻右舍。  


说起这苹果酥,他还不停摇头笑着说,"不知这是哪一国的苹果, 你肯定很久没见过苹果了, 忘了苹果的模样了!“


【苹果造型~苹果酥】

材料:
188克牛油, 22克糖粉, 2粒蛋黄,290克低粉
45克奶粉, 20克蛋黄粉

馅料 苹果馅 

涂面1粒蛋黄+1茶匙鲜奶

做法
1)将牛油及糖粉用搅拌机以中速打至松发(大约两分钟)转低速,逐粒把蛋黄加入, 搅拌均匀。

2)把过筛的低粉,奶粉和蛋黄粉加入,混合均匀后, 保鲜纸将面团包好,放入冰箱休面30分钟。

3)将面团分成每个12克,包入馅料(10克),搓圆,压入挞模型里。 

4)送入预热烤箱里,以165度烤约20分钟或呈金黄色即可。

【Apple shape-Apple Tart】

Ingredients:
188g unsalted butter, 22g icing sugar, 2 egg yolks
290g plain flour, 45g milk powder, 20g custard powder

Filling apple paste 

For ganish: 1 egg yolk+ 1 tsp fresh milk

Method
1)Cream butter and icing sugar till light and fluffy for 2 minutes, turn to low mode  and add in egg yolk, beat well after each addition of egg yolk and mix well.

2)Fold in plain flour, milk powder and custard powder, mix well to form into a soft dough. Wrap with cling film and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

3)  Divide dough into 12g each, shape into a balls and wrap with the apple filling (10g each), shape it into a balls shape.  

4)  Bake in preheated oven at 165C for 20 minutes or till brown.
