冒着暴风雨,撑着伞,那颗心依然不变,
只为了那份希望,那一片蓝天。

然而夜里,看着那视幕,那满怀希望的心,
那颗热烈的心也逐渐冷却。
五月六日,天没有变,一却都依然如故。

外面的世界,依然是一片蓝天白云!
一早,女儿问道:妈咪,变天了吗?
这颗冷却的心回答:天没有变,只是人心已变!

近日来,看到好多家都上了这个紫薯龟糕, 到处都可看到紫色的一片。 这浪漫的紫, 终于也浪漫到我家了。
终于,把冰箱里搁着许久的紫薯,销掉了2条,还有数条呢!也把买了很久的寿桃模子拿出来开幕了。 这寿桃模子,我个人还满喜欢的,觉得很美。 只是在印压上有些困难,比普通的龟糕模子耗时了些。
紫薯红龟糕
红龟糕皮材料:
250克糯米粉
180克紫薯泥
1大匙细糖
200毫升清水
40粟油
绿豆瓣馅料 :
300克 绿豆瓣
170克细砂糖
** 将绿豆瓣浸泡水中两小时后,滤水蒸熟。加入砂糖用搅拌机搅烂。取出分成29粒,每粒大约22克。
做法:
1。把所有的糕皮的材料混合放盘里,搅拌均匀。(除了水)
2)然后,慢慢加入清水,搓成面团至面团有点弹性光滑便可。
3)把面团平均分成大约23克每粒,搓成圆形压扁。 再包入绿豆瓣馅, 封口搓圆。

4。撒上少许的糯米粉或涂上油在模型里印出形状, 再把红龟糕放在一片涂上少许油的香蕉叶上。

ReplyDeleteAnn, I bought this mould from one of the bakery shop near my children's school. This mould is carved with "寿“ and "寿桃”pattern on each side. Cost RM12.90 only.

Sorry for the late reply, i have went to the bakery shop on Thursday (22/5), and according to the shopkeeper, someone had bought a few number. of mould last week. Is she your friend? Right now, there is only two mould left

Brush the kueh mould with oil from time to time or sprinkle some flour in a mould, and then tap out the excess flour.
