非常普遍的咖喱角, 到处都可买到,从没想过要亲自下手去做。 昨天和儿子外出,儿子看到路边卖着咖喱角, 买了3个。 后来问我会不会做咖喱角,我倒是不曾试过, 心想不知难捏那花纹吗?
结果,第二天,便预备了材料,动手了。。 。。
咖喱角(Curry Puff)
皮料Pastry:
250克普通面粉250g all-purpose flour
50克粘米粉50g rice flour
50克薯粉50g tapioca
50克奶油50g butter
50克粟油50g corn oil
130毫升冷水+少许盐130ml cold water + pinch of salt
馅料Filling:
3 粒马铃薯(切小方格)3 potato, diced
1粒葱(切)1 large onion, diced
320克鸡肉(切小块,用1大匙的咖喱粉和1小匙的盐腌30分钟以上)
320g chicken breat (cut into small pieces), marinate with 1 tbsp curry powder and 1tsp salt for 30minutes)
1包田师博的咖喱酱料1 package of Tean's Gourmet curry paste
2 大匙麻油2 tbsp sesame oil

2 大匙麻油2 tbsp sesame oil
3大匙清水 3 tbsp water
1小匙盐1 tsp salt
做法Methods:
1.锅里烧热麻油, 爆香葱,然后加入马铃薯用中火翻炒片刻.
Heat up sesame oil, saute chopped onions until fragrant, add in potato
stir fry over medium heat.
2. 加入鸡肉,炒至片刻加入咖喱酱料,盐和清水炒至水份稍微干。
Add in chicken breast stir fry for a while, add in curry paste, salt
and water until the liquid is reduced.

皮的做法Pastry:
1. 混合所有面粉材料。
Compare 3 types of flours mix well.
2. 取一小锅,把奶油和油加在一起溶解。
In a small sauce pan, melt and heat butter with oil.
3. 把做法(2)倒入做法(1)中,用木匙搅至混合。
Pour the method no.(2) into method no.(1), and mix with a wooden
spatula 。
4.加入清水,搓成光滑成团,盖上保鲜纸休面15分钟。
Add in water and knead to form soft dough. Cover dough with plastic
wrap and rest for at least 15 minutes.

5。把面团分成18个,擀成圆形包入馅料捏上花纹。
Divide and shaped dough into 18 equal portion, roll each portion into
circle, wrap in filling and pinch edges to seal.
6. 放入热油中炒至金黄色即可。
Deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown.
我做了4个椰丝角,我个人还蛮喜欢的。。
儿子说这咖喱角好吃过外面买的, 拍起马屁来了,哈哈。。
可是,我觉得捏的不是很美,还要加油。。

少臭美了。。哈哈哈!
不是拍马屁的,自己家做的curry puff料多多,不像外面的只是马铃薯泥。。所以一定好吃的!我觉得你很pandai第一次捏就捏到很美。下一次做螺旋curry puff我包你的儿子以后都只吃你做的curry puff哈哈。。。!!
