乌龟造型波萝包 Tortoise Polo Bun



这是旧作,也不记是几时做的,很久很久了。
本来不想上贴子的,面包做的不是很好,
这乌龟也不好看,是个难看的乌龟。
就当作是天生难看吧!
所以我便把它罢上了,
 这天生难看的乌龟造型波萝包。。。




乌龟造型波萝包 Tortoise  Polo Buns
 (食谱参考于美食新煮张,第20)

面团材料Dough ingredients

A.  300g bread flour 300克高粉
     20g sugar
20克幼糖
     1 tsp instant yeast
1小匙干酵母
     1/4 tsp salt
1/4小匙盐
     160g fresh milk, 160
毫升鲜奶
     1 cold egg
1粒蛋
B.  10g butter 10
克牛油

Method 做法:

1.  混合所有(A)的材料。
   Combine (A) together.    

2.  用搅拌机搅拌,低速度。混合直到面团结合一起。
  Using a stand electric mixer, mix on low speed, mix until dough is well combined and leave the sides of bowl. 

3.  将牛油加入面团里,用中速搅拌至光滑。
  Add in butter and mix on medium speed until dough is smooth.

4.  团搓成圆团,分成三份, 各别加入1大匙的可可粉和绿茶粉,搅拌均匀。将面团放在盆中,盖上一块湿布,发酵40分钟至双倍大。
   Shape dough into a ball, divide dough into 3 portions, add in 1 tbsp cocoa powder and green tea powder accordingl and mix well. leave to proof for 40mins or until doubled.

饼干面团 Biscuits dough Ingredients

120g super fine flour, 120克特幼粉
½ tsp instant yeast ½ 小匙干酵母
60g unsalted butter 50克奶油
50g caster sugar 50克幼糖
½ egg½ 粒蛋
Method 做法:

1.     盘中放入奶油,用打蛋器搅打成乳霜状。加入糖,搅拌均匀。加入蛋液拌匀。
Beat butter to frost form, add in sugar and egg, mix well.

2.     加入面粉,搅拌均匀成团。放入冰箱冷藏20分钟。 
Add in flour, shape into a ball, to chill for 20mins.

3.    把饼干面团分成每份40克备用。
   Divide biscuit dough into 40g each.


To prepare Tortoise Polo Buns
制作乌龟造型波萝包

1 quantity of basic bread dough, 1份面团
 300g chocolate chips, 300克巧可力粒
(weight 25g, 秤每份25)

Method 做法:
1.  Divide  bread dough into 40g each, 3g each for tortoise head & 4 legs. Let rest for another 10mins.
  把甜面团分成每份40克 和每份3克(用来做头和4肢),然后休10分钟。

2. Flatten the dough and fill it with chocolate chips, wrap into dough.
   Wrap again with the biscuit dought. Put the dough onto tortoise head
   and legs. Use sesame to arrange tortoise eyes. Let it proof for 45mins.
   将甜面团擀扁,包上馅料,然后再包入饼干团。把包好的面团放在,预先排好在
   烘盘上乌龟的 头和4肢上。然 后用黑芝麻当眼睛.发酵45分钟。

3. Use a sharp knife gently draw chequer pattern on the pastry surface.
     用刀子在饼干团的表面画纹路。

4. Place in the middle shelve of the oven. Bake at 165c for 15mins.
   放入中间层预先烘热的烘箱里,烘烤16515分钟。

  1. Hai Makcik..you are really one talented lady.It looks amazing.But I think dont make all the pictures to big.A smaller pictures will make it easier for us to see and look nicer. Just my humble opinions.

    其实哈。。。自修回来的,不需过分苛求自己做得像专业那么好看。。。
    试过喜欢再努力就是了。。。
    而且啊。。。莎莎觉得挺不错可爱啊。。。
