【芝士杏仁酥】
材料:
150克 普通面粉
2 茶匙泡打粉
50克黄糖
70克杏仁粉
70克杏仁粒, 烤香
50克parmesan cheese powder
50克parmesan cheese powder
100克粟油
装饰: 蛋液, 杏仁碎粒
装饰: 蛋液, 杏仁碎粒
做法:
1。将面粉和泡打粉过筛, 加入黄糖, 杏仁粉,杏仁粒,以及芝士粉,搅拌均匀。
2。加入粟油, 混合均匀成软团。
3。取一些面团搓成小圆球(大约9克), 抹上蛋黄液, 撒上一些杏仁粒。
4. 放入预热烤箱里, 以170度烘烤20分钟即可。
【Parmesan Cheese Almonds Cookies】
150g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
50g brown sugar
70g ground almond
70g almond dip
50g parmesan cheese
100g corn oil
【Method】
1. Combine four and baking powder, add in brown sugar, ground almond, almond dip and parmesan cheese powder, mix well until incorporated.
2. Add in corn oil and knead to form a dough.
3. Pinch off some dough about 9g and shape into a ball. Brush them with egg yolk and sprinkle with almond dip.
4. Bake in preheated oven at 170 for 20 minutes.
