我在想,如果人可以不吃食物,但也不会觉得饿就好。 那么,我就不必每天烦恼着早餐吃什麽,午餐煮什么的。
有时才刚刚吃过午餐,脑子又开始想晚餐煮什么,吃什么了。哎!总之,好烦也。。
这菊花面包的灵感来自Anncoo的菊花香酥饼。原本想做香酥饼,但是就为了要解决这早餐的问题,结果香酥饼没做到,却做了这个菊花面包。

我原本是个爱花之人。所以,把菊花面包当成了真的菊花,
拍了很多照。。。。你们的眼睛要受罪了,嘻嘻。。。。
菊花面包 (Chrysanthemum Buns)
Tangzhong Dough 汤种法:-
100g bread flour 100克高粉
70ml hot boiling water 70毫升热水
** 混合成面团后,用保鲜纸盖上。放入冰箱里最少12小时后使用。

Method 做法:
1. 混合所有(A)的材料,然后将汤种面团撕片加入搅拌均匀。

2.将牛油加入面团里,用中速搅拌至光滑。

3. 把面团搓成圆团,将面团放在盆中,盖上一块湿布,发酵40分钟至双倍大。

4.把甜面团分成每份50克,然后休面10分钟.

5.将面团搓圆,包上馅料. 然后把它压扁圆形,再用刀在面团的边缘剪上9-10刀,慢慢的拧着往同一个方向成花瓣。发酵45分钟。

6.搽上蛋黄,撒上适量的黑芝麻放入中间层预先烘热的烘箱里,烘烤160度15分钟。

如今,我这所谓的爱花之人。 今日却变成了摧花之手,花园里的大小花儿,都被我这摧花之手狠心摘下,花朵采完了,那么就采下叶子,拿来拍照装饰去也!
女儿说迟早那些花都要变成秃头了, 哈哈。
